Favorite songs for working out
Many people have emailed me asking for my favorites for working out. I have a very long playlist on my iPod, but it helps me to never get bored with the same old songs. Exercising is such a good way to feel healthy about yourself, and also good to do when you feel like binge eating. Even just going for a walk with some good music can really provide a great distraction from binge eating disorder.
