Birthday celebration in Vegas!
My husband turned 30 last week, so we went to Vegas to celebrate! We had a great time! It was nice to get away and gamble, celebrate, and just have fun! R. really likes playing Texas Hold ‘Em, so the morning of his birthday he decided to play. I told him that I was going to lay out by the pool, but instead went upstairs to our room and got busy with decorating the room and wrapping presents. 30 presents to be exact… You only turn 30 once and I wanted to make it special!
I wish you could have seen the mad rush I was in to get everything done. My wrapping skills weren’t the best, but I knew that R. wouldn’t even notice that. I decorated the room a little too much, but it turned out great! There was confetti all over the floor and chaise lounge, there were things hanging from the ceiling, and decorations on the wall. It was a lot of fun!!
Here are a few pictures for you:
Our hotel room that I decorated and the presents!
Birthday dinner at Top of the World restaurant. We were up over
107 stories and had the best view of Vegas that you can imagine.
At my parent’s house to celebrate R.’s birthday. My mom got
him a pinata since he has never had one. It was fun!

That is such a great idea!!! 30 presents is so sweet. Also, you look fantastic! It must feel so wonderful to feel comfortable in your body and really be able to show the world YOU!
I agree. You look fantastic Kristin! Even more important though, you look so happy. I hope to be in that same state of happiness too someday. It doesn’t seem possible right now, but I know it is because you’ve achieved it.
