Hey
Easier said than done. I have carried my emotional eating habbit from my father (it might seem weird but yes). Dont get me wrong, i have a healthy body (for now at least =) ), but i still struggle with emotional binges due to Job related stress a lot of times ... I tend to eat a lot of sugary things etc.

I will read your post or re read it a lot of times to get a sense out of it (I am writing this as i am in middle of my binge, so you can imagine i know that i have this issue).

Any specific comments ?

I totally agree with you Kristin, what you think about is what you create. I also find it so powerful to write my affirmations down. I feel like when i see it in my own writing it really helps me to "own" it.
