So many of you gave me great suggestions on what you would like to hear in the next binge eating disorder video, so thanks for that! The video was great to make and I was joking with my husband whether or not it would be weird that I didn’t get emotional during certain parts. I surprised us both by getting teary eyed at the end when I was talking about how truly happy I am! Who would have thought?!?

I LOVE your video Kristin! Like I said in my email to you, id love to see more videos on the foods you eat now, how you lost your weight from binge eating, more information on how to love myself more, ways to curve the urge to binge when im feeling really down, how to be able to talk about my problem with my husband so he can understand that its not my fault and not easy to overcome, and i would love to see motivational videos that i can refer back to time to time to help me boost my mood when i need it. Thanks for reaching out this way - i hope that i can do the same because i also want to help others overcome binge eating disorder. But i know i need to be fully recovered myself first. Im just starting but i know i will get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!
