I hadn't formed my mind around it yet but I'm terrified to even think about stopping binge eating. The whole concept is so overwhelming that I'm paralyzed. I don't know what to do or where to start so I do nothing. In a way it makes sense to be scared because this has been my life for as long as I can remember. The unknown of what my life would be like without the comfort of binge eating is scary. At the same time I know I should want to be healthy physically and emotionally and I do want that.
